Another two weeks have passed and a lot more progress has been made.  A majority of the work seems to be concentrated on the first drop.  They are working their way backwards up the drop and they probably have enough bents piled up to top the ride out in the next week or so.  In the same area trench work continues for the lift and the 2nd hill that will pass through the lift.  Once these footers are poured they will be done with 95% of the concrete work on the ride side of the ravine.  No noticeable work has transpired on the station side of the ravine.  I'm interested in seeing how they get the lower portion of the lift over the creek though.  All of the bents from the s-turn to the double down are now in place and work on the track bed is coming along on the out run and through the turn around.  The turn around is probably close to being track ready.  This was out first tour with work going on so we got shots of a large bent being put in place as well as the nail gun team going track bed work on the back half of the ride.
As you can see the sky was less than desirable.
