Was this in the queue area where it splits and part goes up stairs after the "library and the preshow room"?  That's the only area I can think of where the queue line is elevated. 

Sounds like "rider error" to me.

I saw another article yesterday (can't remember where) that mentioned drunkenness as the reason. 

Was he drunk from Glow Fest?
