Cyrpess Gardens = Legoland FL

Seems like a strange location for a Legoland but I'm sure that it will be successful.

I still wish that a Legoland was going to pop up in the KC area.

The closest Legoland that we'll have will be the one that is in the planning stages for a suburb of east St. Louis (it's a nice suburb).  Though the Discovery Centers, like the one in Shaumburg, IL seem to be catching on very well and we might eventually see one in our area.

Both sides of the stateline declined their requests for tax incentives.

To be perfectly honest I always thought the 470 location was a bad idea.  They had just finished re-doing that area and were going to have to expand it again had it gone there.  Let alone, it already has rush-hour problems now.  If we are ever going to get another park I would love for it to go at the Sunflower Plant.  Of course, people have been trying to do that for 15-20 years so the likelihood is next to nil

Was just about to post this news here but I was beat to it. I'm glad to see that this land is being used as I highly doubt Legoland will fail. They have had a lot of success with the other parks and I see Orlando doing the same.
