Hasn't SFoG flooded within the last couple of years?  Are they in a bowl?

It looks bad but sounds like they'll have most of the park up and running this weekend.  They must have a sponsorship deal with Shamwow.

The same river that floods the park, also acts as a vaccuum to get the water out.
It happens about every year, but this is probably the highest the water has been in a long time.

yea I know ValleyFair! likes to flood. What is funny about this is the fact that the Google Earth or Google Maps depending on what program you like to use shows in the current Aerial Image that parts of the VF parking lots are Underwater. You can see for yourself at: Google Maps Aerial Image of ValleyFair!

I wonder if VF PR knows about this or not?

Hopefully they will just burn that coaster down.  It is one of the worst coasters on the planet, and since it is built in a flood plain it is obvious that it should be broght down.

While you should look around once in awhile it is ALWAYS better from the top of a coaste

Mind you he is talking about Excalibur and not any of the coasters at SFoG (except Ninja)

I guess I should have been more clear.  Tear down "Great American Scream Machine".  Also I was responding to the original topic of the thread not the VF sidebar.
