i see your point and that's great. i'm all about anything that will bring worlds of fun business. however that being said i take my son and his cousins (all around five years old) to wof all the time, and i have taken them to ice shows. the rides have high replay value for them, where as the ice shows eventually lose the kid's attention. and we are talkin about disney on ice shows with characters they recognize and shows with a larger budget. if it is an ice show i'm sure they will watch it once and that's all. a new ride however they will ride over and over again. maybe the children you know are different but this is my situation.

:idea1:  I bet Brandon is just screwing with us and they're actually redoing all the bathrooms with super air-conditioning, ultra-flush toilets, mega-flow sinks, true-reflection mirrors and plasma hand driers.

Dorney has a Snoopy gift too and they already have a new theater/ice show.

Appears that the chain is doing a clean sweep and all parks will have Planet Snoopys now.
So will MiA get one too?  Will the original (KBF) get converted?

yeah I have no idea what that could be about unless they are finally getting their hyper coaster.  There hasn't been anything about new coasters in the chain for next year so I wonder if they are one of the parks to get one... though CanWon might be getting a new coasters as well since their Dolphin Arena is finally being cleared it seems

"New...
16. The fountain stays!
17. Going to need new vehicle(s)"

Well thank goodness the fountain is staying.  I was wondering if that would be the case or not.

I think there is more to it than that. Like, for a Planet Snoopy, wouldn't the fountain leave presumably? So maybe thats a hint that takes it closer to the ice show. For the record though, I still say Planet Snoopy. The theater just doesn't make sense to me.

I don't know about the other one. With a theater you might need a zamboni....with rides you would need ride cars.

I still think the ice show is waaaaay more likely. We know that it's cost slightly over $5 million elsewhere, one of the clues actually used the term "good times" (as in GOOD TIMES theatre), they've talked about it being cool and coming from water, and now this thing with the vehicle - the Zamboni just makes so much sense with that.
I'll be happy if it is Planet Snoopy, but I'm starting to think that's wishful thinking.

It's probably due to Cedar Point getting StR this year.
I personally feel that we're just fine right now with the amount of water rides we have -- unless they want to add a River Battle, which I think would go over very well at WOF just like it has at SDC

That would be a cool ride for OoF and WoF to share.  Finding a place for it so both parks can easily access it would be someone else's problem.  pure_evil mrburns

I'm surprised to, I thought we had enough water rides but I guess the GP wants more.

A River Battle at WOF would be awesome! I can seeing something that going over in the African section of the park or evening Camp Snoopy.

Just noticed that all the rides are from Zamperla.  I bet they (Cedar Fair) are getting a heck of a deal with such a mass order.

Looking at the Planet Snoopy map on the website - are they removing Wacky Worm or am I just blind and not seeing it?

Wacky Worm and that area will not be touched.

I'm working on my photo report right now and it should be up within the hour.

1. Samba Tower
2. Monorail
3. Tea Cups

5. Speedway
6. Kite Flyer

Darn I was pretty close with my predictions.  The 6th ride will be a Kiddie Convoy ride.

I thought that the ferris wheel down there was coming out.  Did they announce that everything was staying?

It's a monorail.  No new coaster is being added at this time.
...and Brandon said that no attractions are leaving at this time.
