I've been wanting to try one of those.  Does it have a trap door?

It has two.  One at the bottom of the first drop before you go up into the loop and there is one at the very top of the loop.

You have to be at least 70lbs to make it up and over.  There was a younger boy who was just barely under 70lbs who didn't make it while I was there.  So he just got evaced from the lower trap door.  Not a big deal.

Do you start off on a trap door?  I remember the original in Germany having a trap door that dropped you into the slide.

Yeah.  It's pretty much like the slide in this promo video, only the loop is to the left instead of right.

AQUA LOOP

You can see the compartment above the landing in this photo.  3-2-1 and down you go.

It was earlier in the day.  We waited until around 6pm (park closed at 7pm) to ride it, so at most it was like a 30 minute wait.  The park wasn't overly crowded though -- I can only imagine how long the line would be on a weekend with the parking lot full. O.o

Why else would one go to the Dells?  Noah's Ark IS the reason to go to the Dells.
I mean I guess if you like wooden coasters you could go to Mt. O, but their waterpark really blows compared to Noah's Ark.

That looks nutty.  How far up the wall do you climb?  Do you technically get upside down?

^I would say that it is comparable to Millennium Force's overbanked curve on how far "inverted" you get.  Personally it's close enough for me to say that it goes upside down

Mount olympus's water park was the old faimly land water park you can see the name on signs still, all the things they have added to it are good like tritons slide complex, posidens fury and the river troy

Actually I would have to disagree with that as this Intamin Impulse at SFDK Virtually goes upside down but it's not counted as an Inversion on RCDB: http://www.rcdb.com/1143.htm?p=3667 It looks like to me it's an inversion but on RCDB it's not counted as one so it makes me wonder how does it counted as an Inversion. I think that is more of an Inversion than the Incline Loop on Mantis and Chang. ( http://www.rcdb.com/7.htm?p=32 )

^^Triton's slide complex is horribly run.

^Perhaps Duane just hasn't updated that page yet?  and sorry but RCDB doesn't deal with water slides so the point is moot anyway.

It's not parallel to the ground and it was never meant to be an inversion, so it doesn't really count. The inclined loops aren't technically inversions, but they were billed that way, so we count them. It's like Intamin first gen drops. There's no good reason that we don't count them as roller coasters, but Intamin never billed them that way, so we only count them as towers.

HA, I also have my feet after riding Drop Zonetowers at KD and Carowinds, so it's been a good couple weeks for Intamin, haha.

Man Your St. Louis Trip looked fun. I would love to go to Busch Stadium and watch a game there. It looks like a very nice ballpark to go watch a game in. I also love to go back to the St. Louis Zoo as they have a very awesome zoo there and I really loved their zoo.
